JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant ­­­ 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Attendance requirements are full time – 40 hour work week, Monday – Friday.
  • Responsible for collecting crew information and emailing out spreadsheets of daily dispatch /media locations of tree crews.
  • Create, maintain and update data files (Excel, Word, SharePoint and Smartsheet).
  • Perform timesheet and billing support.
  • Responsible for sending letters and other types of documentation to customers.
  • Process and complete all phone and email requests and questions.
  • Support both field personnel and customers.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to keep track of tasks and deadlines.
  • Perform independent work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Learn and perform other duties as required. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient with MS Office – with an emphasis in Excel, but to include (Outlook, Word, Access)
  • Must possess working knowledge of SAP program
  • Must have a high degree of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations, demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Must have analysis skills to be able to evaluate and analyze disparate sets of data.
  • Must be flexible to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information.
  • Must be able to communicate with others.
  • Must have endurance necessary to perform these duties throughout a standard eight hour day.
  • Must have transportation to and from the show up location.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Records Check (MVR).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency with 10 Key is preferred.
