We are currently seeking a Risk Analyst.

Job Description:

• Generate support data to generate States Worker’s Compensation Self-Insured and State Insurance Fund Reports. Manage accounts on an-going basis and respond to all inquiries as they arise. Ability to communicate with other Home Office Departments as required. Complete all reports and process all payments on a timely basis. Ability to upload documents to State sites and pay premium/fee on P-card. Accuracy is paramount.
• Manage and develop reports utilizing RMIS – RiskConsole for Workers Compensation reports.
• Generate exposure data for all Insurance Renewals and Audits. When applicable, work with specific Regions to collect appropriate data. Generate all payment requests for renewal invoices, by company and policy. Respond to Carrier and State inquiries regarding WC classifications.
• Work with Regions and Fleet Services to report Inland Marine claims. Act as the liaison between insurance carrier and Region for all documentation requests for final resolution.
• Organize data as the lead contact for all Regions Vehicle ID cards at Renewal and through-out the year.
Work closely with broker to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and analyze monthly internal benchmark reports as required.
• Respond to Region’s requests for EMR letters for bid submissions.
• Interact and communicate with broker, actuary and insurance carriers on regular basis.
• Manage account contacts for all insurance related escrow account balances.
• Track Subcontractors agreements and certificates of insurance for compliance. Follow-up with Region for documentation when required. Work closely with Field and Accounts Payables.
• Review and comprehend Customer Contracts Insurance Requirements.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance, OCP/RRP policies and Surety requests as back-up capacity.
• May handle claims for limited number of Regions.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or in Business related field.
• Willingness to attain ARM designation.
• One to three years of work experience, preferably in the property casualty insurance area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Capacity to work independently.
• Ability to generate a detailed, accurate and quality product under time constraints.
• Possess strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
